Amaze is shipping COVID-19 Antibody tests to its users. The tests are made and processed by our lab partner, Choose Health. To order a test, simply launch your app and go to the Resources Page. From there, you can order a test. Test kits are $109 and are shipped direct to your home along with a pre-paid return envelope. Results are generally available within three days.

COVID-19 Antibody tests are provided under Emergency Use Authorization by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA has reviewed the performance of these tests.
